We stayed one night in a two-bedroom cabin. Great location right on the Yellowstone river. Furniture and decor was updated and the cabin was very clean. The best part is the big deck with a view of the river. The staff was very friendly.

I was meeting my brother and his family for a visit to Yellowstone and I ran across this operation. It's a beautiful piece of property and only about 25 minutes from the North entrance into Yellowstone National Park. They also have a first class restaurant on site that has the best rainbow trout I've ever had.

What a wonderful 2 days of perfect delight. The lodging was great, the food outstanding and the scenery was picture perfect. The Yellowstone River was roaring behind our unit and the snow covered mountains in the distance was a sight to behold. We didn't want to leave. Already planning a return visit!!!

If you are looking for beauty, comfort, tranquility, friendly and helpful staff, best complimentary breakfast, an outstanding dinner, then you need not look any further than this gem in Montana. We were visiting family in Big Timber and decided to stay at a nearby city. Wish we could have spent the whole time just relaxing at the Lodge. Four days was not enough.

The lodge was breathtaking. The restaurant exquisite, we ate there 3 times. Being in the restaurant business myself I'm not an easy person to please in that category, if I could give them more stars I would. We were also set up with a fly fishing guide for one day, it was awesome, and I don't fish. This trip was nothing short of a luxury vacation, complete with outdoor adventure.

This place is absolutely stunning. The views are to die for, the rooms are amazing, and the Yellowstone river is your backyard. Staff is awesome and the restaurant is perfect. I cannot stress how amazing this place is and you will not be disappointed.

The view of the river was gorgeous and I read each night on the deck overlooking the river until dark. It was AWESOME to be able to book this place with our fly fishing as a package. We didn’t have to worry about anything while staying here. On top of all that, the dinners were the best I have ever had. I would say it has better food and service than a 5-star restaurant in a big city. The service was also bar none, everyone was very attentive to all of our needs and work great as a team. No doubt the best place to stay in Montana.

Absolutely love this place, the staff is awesome and friendly, food both breakfast and dinner are amazing and of course, the views are million dollars all around. Took our dogs with us and they had a blast also. Been here a few times now and every time we visit the area this is where we will be. Thank you Yellowstone Valley lodge you have been great to my family and I and look forward to coming back soon.
