Our gourmet fare capitalizes on fresh, organic and locally-sourced ingredients, prepared in an open kitchen by our Executive Chef, Marcos Mustain, and served with sweeping views of the Absarokas. Don't let our sophisticated wine and beer list fool you—waders are acceptable dinner duds here. (That said, we're certainly fancy enough to warrant dressing up if you like.) In the summers, enjoy dining on our patio, where clean alpine air and river songs pair perfectly with seasonally-changing dishes.
Yellowstone Valley Grill is open to the public for dinner. We provide a complimentary continental breakfast to lodge guests daily. Let us know if we can accommodate any special dietary or schedule needs for you.
"The food and wine service was exceptional! I stayed for a few nights so I was able to try a wide variety of menu items and literally enjoyed everything that was put in front of me. The idea of sourcing local ingredients is not a new one but the execution in an area like that is impressive. The wine list is tight and well thought out and provides something for almost everyone and a thoughtful range of price points as well. The wait staff was as friendly as you'll encounter and was attentive and knowledgeable. I ordered a bottle of Cabernet with some age on it and was immediately offered the option of decanting.....great quality touch!" Dan G.
